Pros: I've learned a lot about basic project delivery processes. The team in the Kuala Lumpur office is generally supportive for junior staff. It's a stable, mid-sized corporate environment, which is good for job security.
Cons: For consulting roles, there's just not a clear path to move up. You're pretty much stuck at the same level for years. There's not much formal training for career growth either.
Advice to Management: Invest more in career development plans and create clear promotion criteria for employees, especially for those in project-focused roles.
