Culture's Okay, But Management Needs to Listen

Pros: Working here as a Production Technician, my colleagues were genuinely great. There's a real sense of teamwork among the onsite factory staff. That's a huge plus for this mid-sized manufacturing company in Shah Alam, Malaysia.
Cons: Management is pretty old-school and isn't big on new ideas. You don't always feel heard, which can be frustrating. The company culture feels a bit stagnant sometimes, especially for those wanting career growth.
Advice to Management: Try to be more open to employee suggestions. Acknowledge hard work and loyalty, especially for onsite factory staff. Modernize communication channels and leadership styles within the Shah Alam operations to foster a more dynamic culture. Show more
