Okay culture, but sometimes a bit rigid
Pros: The team in the Kuala Lumpur office is pretty solid; everyone helps each other out. There's a decent sense of camaraderie among the sales force, which makes day-to-day work more bearable.
Cons: Company culture can be quite hierarchical and resistant to new ideas for a mid-sized company. Management isn't always open to feedback, which can be tough. It sometimes feels like we're stuck in old ways.
Advice to Management: Try to embrace new ideas and listen more to employee feedback. Modernizing some processes could really boost morale and efficiency across the sales team. Show more
