Pros: The team itself is solid, especially among the Software Engineers. We often help each other out, which is great. There's a pretty strong sense of camaraderie within smaller groups, making the hybrid work model manageable. People genuinely care about the product, which is good for a med-tech startup.
Cons: The company culture feels a bit inconsistent across departments. Communication from senior leadership can be pretty bad. It feels like they're still figuring things out, which makes it tough to feel truly connected sometimes.
