Pay's good, but benefits need work.
Pros: As a Financial Advisor, the base salary is competitive for a mid-sized firm, and the commission structure is pretty generous. It's nice to feel properly compensated for growing client portfolios.
Cons: Health insurance plans are pretty weak, with high deductibles that make them hard to use. The 401k match isn't great either; it's definitely below average for the financial planning industry.
Advice to Management: Please re-evaluate the health insurance options and consider increasing the 401k match. Better benefits would really help with retention. Show more
