Okay for beginners, but watch your hours
Pros: The team is super supportive, and you get to learn a lot really fast. As a Junior Business Consultant, I gained valuable skills in IT consulting projects. There's good exposure to different clients and industries.
Cons: Work-life balance in the Kuala Lumpur office is definitely a struggle. Expect late nights and sometimes weekend work, especially closer to project deadlines. It's hard to switch off completely.
Advice to Management: Try to better manage project timelines and client expectations to reduce the constant need for overtime. Encourage teams to disconnect after hours for better employee well-being. Show more
