Okay for experience, but watch job security
Pros: I've gained solid experience running paid media campaigns here in Kuala Lumpur. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you get to work with diverse clients, which is good for your portfolio. The team itself is generally helpful and collaborative.
Cons: Job security is definitely a big worry for us full-time employees. There's constant talk about shifting client budgets and potential layoffs, which makes things feel pretty unstable. It's tough to plan long-term here.
