Process Engineer

Okay place, but culture needs a refresh.
Pros: The team here is solid, especially among my peers as a Process Engineer. There's a decent sense of stability working in the electronics manufacturing industry. Benefits are pretty standard and reliable.
Cons: The corporate culture can feel really old-school, with a lot of top-down decisions. It's tough to bring new ideas forward in the Shah Alam office. Work feels pretty rigid with the daily onsite requirements.
Advice to Management: Try to be more open to change and new ideas. Listen to your younger employees; they have valuable perspectives on how to modernize operations and attract new talent. Focus on creating a more collaborative and less hierarchical environment.
