Pros: Some team leads are really good and super supportive. They genuinely try to help you out, especially as an Operations Specialist. There's decent communication from middle management in our Washington D.C. area office.
Cons: Upper management lacks clear vision for the department. Decisions often feel arbitrary and there's not much accountability. It's tough to get clear direction from the top folks here at this government contractor.
Advice to Management: Leadership really needs to work on a unified vision and better communication with the teams. Also, more transparency in decision-making would help a lot.
