Pros: The team here is really collaborative. I learned a lot about digital art techniques from senior designers. The Kuala Lumpur office environment is pretty chill when you're there for creative roles.
Cons: Work flexibility isn't great. As a Graphic Designer, I wish there was more option for hybrid work. It's mostly onsite, which can be tough with personal appointments. There's not much remote work support at this design agency.
Advice to Management: Consider implementing a more robust hybrid model for creative roles. It would really help with employee morale and retention, especially for the Graphic Designer team.
