Leadership needs to step up for creative teams

Pros: My fellow team members were amazing; we helped each other a lot with tough graphic design projects. It's a pretty stable mid-sized company in the digital imaging sector. We had pretty standard 9-to-5 hours, mostly onsite.
Cons: Leadership felt pretty distant. It was hard to get clear feedback or career path guidance as a Junior Graphic Designer. They didn't seem very invested in developing their creative talent here.
Advice to Management: Focus on regular check-ins and mentorship programs for new hires, especially in creative roles. Clearer communication about company vision would really help motivate the teams. Show more
