Okay benefits, but salary could be better
Pros: The health benefits were actually pretty solid for a mid-sized company in the pharmaceutical industry. They covered most of my medical bills, which was a big plus. We also had some good holiday allowances.
Cons: Salary for a Production Assistant felt quite low, especially considering the workload. It's tough when you're doing onsite work and see others making more elsewhere. Don't expect huge bonuses here.
Advice to Management: Management should seriously review compensation packages, especially for entry-level manufacturing roles. Better pay would definitely help with retention and morale in the Selangor plant. Show more
