Pros: The team in logistics is generally supportive, which is a big plus as a Logistics Coordinator. You get to learn a lot about supply chain and distribution processes. The onsite work environment is pretty collaborative most days.
Cons: Company culture can be a bit cliquey, which makes it tough for new hires to really fit in. There's not much transparency from upper management. Sometimes it feels like they play favorites, which impacts morale.
