Pros: You get to learn a lot as an Operations Analyst, especially if you're fresh out of school. The work is pretty steady, like a 45-hour week, and you get decent exposure to logistics processes. The team in the Kuala Lumpur office is usually pretty supportive.
Cons: Job security is a real concern. There's been a lot of turnover lately, and you hear about teams being downsized pretty often, especially for middle management roles. It makes you feel like your position isn't always safe here.
Advice to Management: Focus on retaining talent and communicating changes better. Constant restructuring makes employees nervous about their positions.
