Okay for a While, But Balance is Tough

Pros: As a Production Supervisor, I learned a lot here. The team on the floor is mostly good; we help each other out during onsite work. You do get a consistent paycheck in the manufacturing industry.
Cons: Work-life balance here isn't great, especially with all the overtime. They expect long hours, sometimes including weekends, which makes planning personal life hard. It's a bit of a grind.
Advice to Management: Consider implementing clearer policies on overtime and investing in more staff. Help Production Supervisor roles achieve better work-life integration. Show more
