Pros: I did learn a lot about backend development and working with data tagging solutions. The team is friendly and it's a pretty low-pressure environment for a startup.
Cons: Career growth is really slow. As a Junior Software Engineer, I felt stuck doing the same tasks. There's no clear promotion path or mentorship program to move up.
Advice to Management: Management needs to create clearer career paths and invest in employee development programs. More mentorship would really help people grow here.
