Decent flexibility, but long hours often needed

Pros: They offer a pretty solid hybrid model, which is a lifesaver when you're dealing with Kuala Lumpur traffic. Being able to WFH some days really helps manage personal life. For software development roles, this flexibility makes a huge difference.
Cons: Still, expect some long weeks, especially when project deadlines hit for our various tech projects. It's a startup, so there's always that pressure to go above and beyond. It can be tough to disconnect at the end of the day when everyone else is still online, impacting work-life balance.
Advice to Management: Try to set clearer boundaries for work hours. Encouraging the team, especially those in software engineering, to truly log off could help prevent burnout and improve overall well-being. Show more
