Pay's Okay, Benefits Are Standard for Retail

Pros: You get a steady paycheck here at L & L Stationery Sdn Bhd, which is good. Basic medical coverage is provided for all staff working in the Kuala Lumpur office. For a Sales Associate, it's a solid, reliable income.
Cons: The base salary isn't super competitive for this industry. There aren't many extra perks or bonuses, even for long-term Sales Associate roles. Growth in pay is really slow for a family-owned company.
Advice to Management: Consider offering more competitive base salaries and introducing some performance-based bonuses to really motivate your Sales Associates. Better benefits would also help with retention in the stationery industry. Show more
