Tough Hours for Hair Consultants

Pros: As a Hair Consultant, I've met some really supportive colleagues in the Kuala Lumpur office. That helps when the days get long. There's a decent commission structure for sales that can make the demanding hours feel a bit more worth it.
Cons: Work-life balance here is pretty tough, especially for onsite Hair Consultant roles. You're expected to work most weekends and often stay late. The pressure for sales targets in the hair care industry means personal time often takes a backseat, making it hard to plan much outside of work.
Advice to Management: Try to implement more predictable schedules or better staff rotations, especially for client-facing Hair Consultant roles. Improving work-life balance would really boost morale and retention. Show more
