Decent for Retail, But Flexibility Lacks
Pros: The team in the Kuala Lumpur store is really supportive. I learned a lot about customer service in the retail industry. There's a decent employee discount on merchandise too.
Cons: Work flexibility here isn't great, especially for a sales associate. You're mostly on a fixed schedule with limited ability to swap shifts. WFH options are obviously nonexistent, it's strictly an onsite role.
Advice to Management: Try to find ways to offer a bit more flexibility, even for onsite retail staff. It would help with employee retention. Show more
