Career growth is possible, but you have to push.

Pros: I've seen some pathways for career advancement here. If you're consistently hitting production targets and show initiative, you can move up. For manufacturing roles, they do offer some internal training if you seek it out, which is good for developing new skills.
Cons: The career growth isn't automatic; you really have to fight for it. Sometimes, it feels like there's a lack of structured mentorship for junior supervisors. Moving up as a production supervisor can take a while if you don't actively network.
Advice to Management: Create clearer career development paths for supervisors and offer more structured mentorship programs. This would really help retain talent in our mid-sized manufacturing firm. Show more
