Decent Start, Limited Career Progression for Engineers

Pros: The teams are pretty solid. I learned a lot from my senior colleagues in the software development industry. They're usually happy to help out and share knowledge, which is good for new grads.
Cons: Career growth is tough here. As a junior engineer, there isn't much room to move up quickly. Promotion paths aren't clear, and I often felt stuck without real professional development opportunities.
Advice to Management: Create clearer career progression frameworks for all roles, especially for junior engineers. Invest in more dedicated training and mentorship programs to help people grow. Show more
