Decent place for construction claims, but long hours.

Pros: The team here is super supportive, which helps a lot when you're dealing with complex construction claims. You learn a ton about dispute resolution. There's some flexibility for personal appointments if you talk to your manager in advance.
Cons: Work-life balance for Construction Claims Consultant roles isn't great. Expect 50-60 hour weeks frequently, especially when deadlines hit. It's mostly an onsite role in the Kuala Lumpur office, so remote work options are very limited.
Advice to Management: Try to implement clearer boundaries for project timelines and perhaps explore more hybrid or remote options for employees in the construction claims industry. It would really help with employee burnout. Show more
