Under the new management, we continue the support of ECS to existing clients after June 2010. Upgrade and develop new modules in the system to address new requirements.

Culture's okay, but team makes it

Pros: The team here is really supportive. As a Software Engineer, I've learned a lot from my peers. We often help each other out, which is great for collaborative software development. It's a decent environment for a mid-sized tech company.
Cons: Work-life balance can be tough sometimes, especially with tight deadlines. There's not much clarity on career progression, which makes growth feel slow. The office environment in Kuala Lumpur sometimes feels a bit dated.
Advice to Management: Management should focus on clearer career paths for developers. Investing in modernizing the Kuala Lumpur office would also help boost morale. Show more
