Solid place for engineers, but culture can be tricky.
Pros: The team here is pretty tight-knit, especially among fellow Project Engineers. You get to work on some genuinely interesting engineering projects, which is great for building experience in the construction industry. It's an okay place to learn the ropes, especially if you're fresh out of school.
Cons: Company culture here can feel a bit old-school sometimes. There's not much emphasis on work-life balance for onsite work, and social events are rare. It's a typical corporate environment; don't expect much flexibility.
Advice to Management: Leadership could really boost morale by investing in more team-building and encouraging better work-life balance, especially for project-heavy periods. A little more recognition for hard work goes a long way.
