ZhongYu Management Services Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 29th of May 2019, based in the Kampar with a professional service team, is dedicated to build an exclusive overseas study community for UTAR international students, providing a full range of living and off-campus services such as accommodation, catering, travel, communication, internship, employment, counselling and training for international students.

As well as for the parents of overseas students to solve their worries on children's overseas study.

The operation and management of the study-abroad living community is implemented and responsible by Zhongyu Group Management Office.
