Decent work-life balance for most developers here.

Pros: For Software Developer roles, the workload is pretty manageable most of the time. The hybrid model for the Kuala Lumpur office is a huge plus, giving us good work flexibility. You can usually log off on time without too much hassle.
Cons: Sometimes, during tight agile sprints, things get pretty intense. There's also this unspoken pressure to check messages after hours, which can really mess with your personal time. Management could do better at enforcing boundaries for the software development team.
Advice to Management: Please set clearer expectations around after-hours communication for the engineering team. Encourage people to truly disconnect when their workday is over. Show more
