Culture is okay, but could be better for new hires

Pros: I've met some really good people here. The teams in the Kuala Lumpur office often do small outings, which is nice for team bonding. For a mid-sized tech company, the general vibe is pretty laid back.
Cons: It's tough for new joiners, especially as a Junior Software Engineer, to really feel part of the main group. There's a bit of a 'clique' feeling, and communication isn't always super clear about company-wide events.
Advice to Management: Try to create more structured ways for new employees to integrate into the company culture. It feels a bit cliquey sometimes. Show more
