Pros: As a Product Developer, I enjoyed working with my R&D team. We're pretty close-knit. Getting to develop new beauty products in the Kuala Lumpur office was genuinely interesting.
Cons: The company culture often feels a bit stuck in the past. There's limited encouragement for fresh ideas, especially from junior staff. It can be tough to feel heard sometimes.
Advice to Management: Listen more to the younger talent. Encourage new ways of thinking. Update some of the older cultural norms to foster innovation and retention.
