Okay place to start, not for long-term growth

Pros: The initial training for new educators is pretty solid. I learned a lot about child development programs. Colleagues in the Kuala Lumpur office are super supportive, which is a huge plus.
Cons: Career growth is really slow, almost non-existent. There aren't clear paths for advancement for an Early Childhood Educator role. Pay raises are tiny, especially compared to the effort we put into curriculum development.
Advice to Management: Create clearer career progression tracks. Invest more in professional development beyond initial training for us educators. Show more
