Okay for beginners, but career growth is slow

Pros: It's a solid place to start if you're new to the real estate industry. You'll get some decent initial training, especially valuable for Property Sales Executive roles. The team in the Kuala Lumpur office is usually pretty friendly, which helps.
Cons: But career growth is really slow here. There aren't many clear paths to move up, and promotions for sales roles feel rare. You basically have to wait for someone to leave.
