Decent mission, but pay could be better
Pros: The health insurance benefits are solid for the non-profit sector. You get good exposure to international trade and business networking in Kuala Lumpur, which is a big plus for career development.
Cons: As a Program Coordinator, the base salary isn't super competitive, especially for the workload. There aren't many opportunities for significant pay raises year-over-year either.
Advice to Management: Management should really look into reviewing salary scales. It's tough to retain good talent when the pay isn't keeping up with the market, especially for more experienced staff. Show more
