Tough to grow beyond entry-level at Bravo Net

Pros: Good initial learning for new software developers. The team in the Dallas, TX office is pretty supportive, especially when you're just starting out in the tech industry. There's a decent benefits package too.
Cons: Career growth is really slow. It's hard to move up from a Junior Software Engineer role here, no clear path for advancement. I felt stuck after a year, couldn't get into more senior development projects.
Advice to Management: Create clear career progression paths for early-career software developers. Invest in professional development for engineers and provide concrete steps for moving into senior development roles. Show more
