Hybrid Work is Decent, But Could Be Better

Pros: I've been a Junior Software Engineer here for a bit. We do have a **hybrid model**, which means a few days **WFH** are allowed. It's a solid perk for maintaining some work-life balance within **software development**.
Cons: The flexibility isn't totally consistent across all agile teams. You still need to be in the **Boston office** a lot, which sometimes makes personal appointments tough. It's not truly flexible hours; more like flexible days.
Advice to Management: Maybe push for more consistent flexible hours policies across all departments. It'd really help retention for **engineering roles**. Show more
