International Student Recruiter

Pay is decent, but benefits need work
Pros: As an International Student Recruiter, the base salary was pretty decent for the education industry here in Sydney. It's competitive enough for a mid-sized company in international education. You're paid fairly for the work, nothing wild but solid.
Cons: The benefits package is super basic, don't expect much beyond standard stuff. There isn't much opportunity for commission growth in recruitment roles, which makes hitting targets tough. It really feels like they could offer more to stand out.
Advice to Management: Consider reviewing the commission structure for recruitment teams to incentivize performance better. Also, look into enhancing the benefits package; it would really help with employee retention in the competitive education sector.
