Decent for entry-level software development
Pros: You'll learn a lot here if you're new to the IT industry. The project variety helps you pick up new skills quickly, especially as a junior Software Engineer. There's good exposure to modern tech stacks and real-world application.
Cons: Career growth isn't always clear for mid-level folks. Promotions seem to take a long time, and there isn't a super structured path for advancement. It's tough to move up past a certain point in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Advice to Management: Management should create clearer career progression frameworks for all technical roles. Provide more opportunities for internal promotions and skill development beyond just project work. This would help retain experienced talent. Show more
