Solid Learning, Tough Work-Life Balance

Pros: As a Junior Mechanical Engineer, I got hands-on experience with HVAC system design and fabrication. The senior engineers are genuinely supportive and teach you a lot about the industry. It's a good place to build your technical skills.
Cons: Work-life balance here is pretty tough, especially when project deadlines hit. Expect to regularly put in over 50 hours a week, with quite a bit of onsite work in the Kuala Lumpur office. It's hard to plan much outside of work.
Advice to Management: Management needs to better distribute the project workload and consider staffing up. Reducing mandatory onsite work or offering more flexible hours would really help prevent burnout for the engineering teams. Show more
