Pros: The team on the shop floor is really solid and supportive. As a Manufacturing Engineer, I've gotten to work with some cool CNC machining tech. The onsite facilities for metal fabrication are pretty well-maintained too.
Cons: Leadership can be a real struggle sometimes. There's often a lack of clear direction, especially for those of us on the production line. Decisions feel inconsistent, which makes it tough to plan projects effectively.
Advice to Management: Work on improving communication and providing more consistent guidance. Your Manufacturing Engineers and the entire production line need clear goals. Invest in leadership development for better decision-making.
