Pros: You do get to learn a lot as a Junior Auditor, especially when you're on a team with a good partner. They let you jump into real tax consulting work pretty quickly, which is a big plus for career growth.
Cons: Leadership is pretty inconsistent. Some partners are great mentors, others are tough and micro-manage. It's frustrating when they don't communicate project changes well, especially during busy audit seasons. There's not much room to give feedback upwards for us junior staff.
Advice to Management: Manoe Raj & Co. should really focus on consistent leadership training across all partners. Better communication about project scope and timelines, especially for audit engagements, would make a huge difference for staff morale.
