Leadership needs to step up communication

Pros: For a Project Engineer, you get solid hands-on experience with diverse façade construction projects. The immediate team leads are often knowledgeable and willing to teach, which is great for industry newbies. It's a decent place to learn the ropes of the building materials sector.
Cons: Senior leadership here can feel pretty out of touch with site realities. There's often a lack of clear direction, causing delays on critical façade installation tasks. Communication between upper management and project teams often just isn't there, making project execution tougher than it needs to be.
Advice to Management: Upper management really needs to work on improving communication with the project teams, especially regarding new building projects. Being more visible and transparent in decision-making would make a huge difference. Also, better support and resources for on-site Project Engineers would help a lot. Show more
