Pros: The team here is pretty solid, especially within my department. Everyone helps each other out with daily tasks, which makes the onsite work manageable. There's a decent sense of camaraderie among the Process Engineer roles.
Cons: Upper management doesn't really listen to feedback. It feels like they're disconnected from the day-to-day grind of semiconductor manufacturing. The overall vibe can get pretty stressful sometimes.
Advice to Management: Try to be more present on the factory floor and listen to your employees. Their feedback is important for improving the culture.
