YC currently holds the trademark and sole rights to operate for "Ayam Gepuk Pak Gembus" brand. The company started the trends of "spicy" food in Malaysia upon its launch in 2017. Beside that, YC also successfully kick off its IT solution company i.e. RabbitSend Solutions Sdn Bhd by launching its Super App in 2021.

Tough hours, but you learn a lot here

Pros: The learning curve is steep, which is great for career growth within this mid-sized firm. You get hands-on experience quickly as an Investment Analyst, and the team in the Kuala Lumpur office is generally supportive. It's solid for building your resume in financial services.
Cons: Work-life balance here is pretty tough for junior staff. Expect long hours, often 60-70 hour weeks, especially during deal cycles in private equity. Weekends can get eaten up, and 'hybrid' work often means being onsite late.
Advice to Management: Try to better manage deal flow to prevent burnout for junior staff, especially for those in Investment Analyst roles. Consider more structured WFH options that actually provide flexibility, not just a longer workday. Show more
