Cons: Project deadlines can get really tight sometimes, especially for new product launches. You often feel pressured to work longer hours to meet targets. It's tough to consistently maintain good work-life balance during those peak seasons in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Advice to Management: Try to ensure project timelines are more realistic from the start. Support Project Engineers better during peak times to prevent burnout.
