Pros: People here are generally supportive, especially within individual project teams. I found the senior engineers really helpful for learning on environmental engineering projects. The Kuala Lumpur office location is pretty convenient for public transport.
Cons: The company culture feels a bit rigid and hierarchical, making it tough to suggest new ideas. As a Civil Engineer, I sometimes felt my input wasn't fully valued unless it came from higher-ups. There's not much emphasis on work-life balance during crunch times.
Advice to Management: Try to encourage more bottom-up innovation and value younger engineers' perspectives. Invest more in modernizing project management tools.
