Pros: The team is generally supportive, which helps when shifts get busy. You do get your mandated days off, and sometimes you can swap shifts if you plan ahead. For optical retail, it's pretty standard.
Cons: Expect long hours, especially during weekends and public holidays. Planning personal life around rotating shifts is genuinely hard. As an onsite employee, you're standing almost all day.
Advice to Management: Try to offer more predictable scheduling or dedicated weekend shifts for those who prefer them. Burnout is real for us Sales Associates.
