Being a payment gateway, there are specific periods with high demand, but generally, team leads are understanding if you need to adjust your start time in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Cons: The work flexibility really depends on your specific team and manager. Some teams have much less freedom than others for WFH. It's not a company where you can just decide to work fully remote, which would be nice for an IT company.
