Cons: Career growth is pretty slow here, especially for onsite roles in Kuala Lumpur. There aren't many clear paths to move up within the company. Promotions often go to external hires, which is tough on current staff.
Advice to Management: Create clearer career paths for employees. Invest more in developing and promoting your internal talent, especially experienced Production Supervisors.
