Culture is okay, but it's got issues

Pros: The immediate team is pretty solid; everyone helps each other out. As a Junior Software Engineer, I felt supported by my peers in the Penang office. There's a good sense of collaboration among colleagues.
Cons: Upper management often seems disconnected from daily operations. It can feel like a very corporate environment, which stifles new ideas. Communication isn't always clear, especially regarding company direction.
Advice to Management: Try to be more transparent and engage with employees at all levels. Listen to feedback from the ground up, not just from direct reports. Show more
