Cons: The pay could be better for the amount of work we do. It's hard to get a significant raise, and benefits are just decent, not great. There isn't much opportunity for career growth or advancing beyond your current role, so you might feel stuck.
Advice to Management: Focus more on competitive pay and clear paths for advancement for us electrical technicians. It would really help with retention and morale.
