Okay benefits, but pay could be better

Pros: The health insurance is pretty solid here for a corporate setting, covering a good chunk of medical bills. They offer a decent EPF contribution, which is standard for Malaysia. You also get a small transport allowance if you work at the Kuala Lumpur office.
Cons: As a Marketing Associate, the base salary is really just average, maybe even a bit low for the workload. There isn't much room for salary negotiation or big raises unless you get promoted quickly. Performance bonuses aren't common for entry-level roles.
Advice to Management: Review compensation for junior to mid-level roles like Marketing Associate to ensure it's competitive with market rates in Kuala Lumpur. Better salary progression would help with retention. Show more
